At Vida Media, we value transparency and strive to deliver high-quality results through our digital advertising services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves strategy development and time-sensitive execution, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, you may request a refund. However, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation After 24 Hours

If cancellation occurs after 24 hours from payment, a 50% refund may be granted at our discretion. By this time, initial discovery, strategy, and creative work will have already begun, and this partial refund reflects the time and resources already invested.

3.⁠ ⁠No Refunds Once Campaigns Are Live

Once your advertising campaign has gone live or ad placements have been secured and launched, no refunds will be issued. This includes costs associated with ad spends, third-party platforms, and creative development.

4.⁠ ⁠Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

Duplicate payments
Service delivery issues that are clearly attributable to Vida Media and not external platforms
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert contact email], and we will respond within 3-5 business days.
